Skaii gets very fussy whenever I try to groom her myself. Hence, It was a blessing the Christmas Eve I met Shantel and brought Skaii for her first visit at PEM Doggy Day Care. Skaii formed a connection with her from day one and she surely gets excited whenever she is dropped off for grooming. I cannot deny how exceptional the service is. Even I can feel the love and passion that is put in whenever I stop by. It is just always a pleasure!

Chantel, a true dog lover and takes amazing care of my baby Zoey ♥️. I have no worries when it comes to her taking care of my dog, I will be constantly updated on every amazing moments with Zoey. I will never have any need to worry about her because I know she is in good hands. She even trained my dog for a competition and she came out being a first place winner and also celebrated my doggie first birthday with her.

I am very pleased with the remarkable service offered by Chantel and her team, and highly recommend them without reservations. The care extended to my pet is superb and always exceed my expectations. Not only does she board, but gives recommendations and advice on the pets health and welfare as is necessary. Willingly taking time out of her busy schedule to take them to the Vet, if the need arises.

My dog was very antisocial and would not interact with others in her species. I am happy to report that after staying at the day care she came home more social than a butterfly and I must say that while away from my dog, I feel relaxed, comfortable and at ease knowing she is in the best care.
